We all have different reasons for starting a fitness programme.  It could be for general well being after illness or injury or perhaps a special event osuch as a wedding coming up.  If you have a desire to lose some weight and are unsure of the best way to do so then we can help.  Personal Training is a fantastic way of working towards a fitness or weight goal.  Your trainer will give you the tools and motivation however you will have to do the work to achieve your goals. When you work with us on your programme you will be given a comprehensive fitness programme that is tailored to your individual requirements.  With step by step daily, weekly and monthly workouts to follow.You will work with your trainer to achieve short and medium term goals and during the training your will have regular assessments to make sure that the programme is progressive and you body is making the positive changes that you set out to achieve at the start of The Journey.
